Permanent lighting for Timnath's newest neighborhoods
Timnath has some of the newest homes in Northern Colorado. Master-planned communities like Timnath Ranch, WildWing and Timnath Lakes have many new builds with crisp rooflines and gables, a perfect fit for permanent lighting. If you just moved in, putting it on your list now means you'll never hang a holiday light at the new house.
AuraLux Lighting is an authorized TruLight dealer, and every system is installed by a master electrician with 15 years of experience.
Permanent lighting in plain English
TruLight is a set of individually controlled LED lights mounted in a low-profile track under your eaves. When the lights are off, the track matches your trim. When they're on, you choose a warm white glow, a holiday scene, or your own pattern from the TruLight app. You can set a timer so they come on at sunset. Each light has three color LEDs plus three warm-white LEDs, runs on a 48V system and is rated for 100,000 hours.
Made for new-build life
- No ladders on a two-story. Many Timnath homes are tall. Permanent lights mean nobody climbs the roof in December.
- Every holiday covered. Christmas, Halloween, Fourth of July, Valentine's and game days, all a tap away.
- Every night, too. Warm white accent lighting that adds curb appeal year-round.
- Security option. Motion sensors can turn a zone of lights bright white when someone comes up the drive.
- Lifetime warranty. Dealer-installed TruLight systems are covered for life on the lighting modules and control box.
HOA and metro district notes
Timnath's planned neighborhoods have HOAs and metro districts, and most have architectural guidelines. Plan on submitting a design request. We'll help by giving you a layout of your home and the product details to include, and we'll schedule the install once you're approved. A low-profile, trim-matched track that sits under the eave is usually an easy look to explain to a review committee.
