Permanent outdoor lighting in Johnstown and Milliken
Johnstown and Milliken are growing fast. Johnstown has big new neighborhoods like Thompson River Ranch and the 2534 community off I-25 and Highway 34. Milliken has established subdivisions like Centennial Farms, Colony Pointe, Settlers Village and Mill Iron 5 Ranch Estates. Whether your home is brand-new or has been here a while, permanent lighting means you'll never hang holiday lights again.
AuraLux Lighting is an authorized TruLight dealer, and every system is installed by a master electrician with 15 years of experience.
What you're getting
TruLight is a permanent LED system mounted under your eaves and behind your trim. The track matches your trim when the lights are off. Every light is individually addressable from the TruLight app, so you can pick colors, patterns, brightness, zones and timers. Each light has six LEDs (three color, three warm white) on a 48V system, and TruLight rates the LEDs for 100,000 hours.
Why it's worth it out here
- Big rooflines, no ladders. Larger lots and two-story homes make seasonal lights a real chore. This goes up once.
- Steady brightness end to end. TruLight's 48V system carries power up to 300 feet without the far end dimming.
- All year, not just December. Warm white every night, plus holidays, birthdays and game days.
- Security lighting. Optional motion sensors turn a zone bright white when someone approaches.
- Lifetime warranty. Covers the lighting modules and control box on dealer-installed systems.
HOA-friendly installs
Many Johnstown and Milliken subdivisions have HOAs, and some don't. Check your covenants. If you need approval, we'll give you a layout and product details to send in, and we'll schedule the install once you're approved. The track sits under the roof edge and matches your trim, so it stays low-profile by day.
